Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or video).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Impression materials, chemicals, medicaments
  • Items with broken seals
  • Discounted or clearance items

3. Refund/Replacement Method

If approved, we offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Refund via bank transfer (only in special cases)
